Job Description

This position is designed for candidates who already have strong hands-on experience with modern AI tools and want to apply AI to solve real business problems. You will work directly with management to identify inefficiencies, analyze operational data, and build AI-driven solutions across inventory management, logistics, e-commerce operations, customer service, and business workflows. Key Responsibilities Utilize advanced AI tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Windsurf, and similar platforms to automate business processes Build AI agents and automation workflows to reduce manual work across departments Develop inventory analysis models to optimize stock levels, replenishment planning, and warehouse space utilization Design intelligent warehouse slotting strategies and product placement optimization systems Create AI-powered reporting dashboards and business performance monitoring tools Analyze operational datasets and identify opportunities for process improvement Automate repetitive office and warehouse workflows using Python, APIs, AI tools, and no-code/low-code platforms Design and test AI solutions for customer service, order management, logistics coordination, and inventory forecasting Collaborate with leadership to implement data-driven operational improvements Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above from a U.S. university Demonstrated advanced experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, Windsurf, or similar platforms Strong prompt engineering and AI workflow design experience Experience using AI tools to solve real-world business or technical problems Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or data analysis tools Ability to independently learn and evaluate new AI technologies Excellent English and Chinese communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI agents or AI automation workflows Experience with Python automation and API integrations Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations research, or supply chain optimization Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio Portfolio demonstrating AI-related projects, automation systems, or process optimization initiatives
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
