This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily business operations across SAP SO, MM, EWM, and FI modules on our SAP S/4Hana platform. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, ITS, and external SAP support partners to ensure stable system operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. This role has strong functional knowledge of SAP business processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), warehouse operations, and financial operations, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following but not limited: SAP Functional & User Support Provide day-to-day support for
SAP S/4HANA
business users across all modules Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of SAP system issues with external SAP support teams and vendors Monitor and support business processes including: Order-to-Cash (OTC) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Warehouse operations Financial operations Support end users with transaction processing, issue resolution, and process guidance Stakeholders Coordination Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external SAP support providers Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements Coordinate testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Track support tickets, prioritize issues, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution Process Improvement & Documentation Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency Assist with SAP enhancements, upgrades, and change management activities Maintain process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and support procedures Support compliance, audit, and operational reporting requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and Working Relationships:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field 3+ years of experience supporting
SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA
environments Functional knowledge of one or more SAP modules:
SD, MM, EWM, FI
Understanding of core business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Warehouse operations, Financial/accounting operations Experience working with business users and external support vendors Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic technical knowledge of ABAP debugging and SAP data structures Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis, troubleshooting, and repo1ting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting Experience creating business reports, dashboards, and operational analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification preferred Experience supporting integrated SAP solutions such as Vistex and ShipERP Familiarity with
SAP S/4HANA
integrated business processes including sales, procurement, warehouse, shipping, and financial operations Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Tableau is a plus Exposure to SAP queries, CDS views, or basic SAP reporting tools preferred Experience supporting data migration, testing, and system integration activities is a plus
