This role is crucial for providing technical support, user training, and driving process improvements to ensure efficient use of SAP systems. FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, BW
Strong communication skills Ability to translate business requirements Proficiency in Microsoft products Role Overview The SAP Functional Analyst will play a key role in the implementation and support of the SAP R/3 system. This position involves configuring and supporting at least two SAP R/3 functional modules, ensuring solutions are standardized and cost-effective. The analyst will develop training materials, conduct workshops, and guide users through change management processes, acting as the primary contact for SAP functional issues. Key Responsibilities Participate as a core member of the SAP implementation team Configure and support SAP R/3 modules Translate business requirements into SAP blueprint documents Develop and maintain training materials Conduct training sessions and workshops Guide users through change management processes Act as primary contact for SAP functional issues Log and monitor issues using helpdesk systems Analyze system errors and recommend improvements Support business continuity strategies Serve as liaison between global and local teams Top Skills and Modules
