Key Responsibilities Manage and configure business systems, ensuring upgrades and improvements. Conduct impact assessments of requested changes and guide workflow design. Create and maintain technical documentation and system changes. Liaise with stakeholders to align business needs with system delivery. Provide end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues. Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3 years of experience in developing or configuring technology solutions.
