Job Description

The work you do will impact beauty, as you analyze business performance trends across both Brick & Mortar and Dotcom channels to help leadership make strategic decisions that shape the client experience and overall business growth. You'll be part of a highly collaborative Business Intelligence & Analytics team that's united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about storytelling through data, uncovering actionable insights, and driving business performance through analytics and innovation. Deliver clear, concise, and visually compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and key business stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Digital, Merchandising, Retail, and LVMH stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and business planning. Develop and maintain dashboards and business intelligence tools that provide visibility into sales performance and operational metrics. Optimize and maintain reporting processes, analytical tools, SQL queries, and data workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Support forecasting initiatives and ad hoc analyses that influence business strategy and performance planning. Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, scalability, and data governance practices. Utilize advanced analytics techniques and business intelligence tools to monitor KPIs and support decision making. Contribute to a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Analytics organization. 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Sales Analytics, or a related field, preferably within retail, beauty, or consumer products industries. Advanced SQL skills with experience joining complex datasets and writing efficient, scalable queries for business intelligence applications. Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and performance optimization. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, Power Query, and data analysis functions. Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Highly collaborative and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or another quantitative discipline. Experience with Python, AI tools (such as Genie or Claude), or sales forecasting methodologies is a plus. Passion for leveraging data to influence strategy and improve business performance.
