Job Title:

SAP S/4HANA

Senior FICO Consultant Overview:

Are you an SAP Finance expert with a passion for driving large-scale S/4HANA transformations? We are seeking a highly experienced

SAP S/4HANA FICO

Consultant to lead complex financial implementations and modernization programs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between corporate finance business processes and technical execution, playing a pivotal role in enterprise cutovers, system migrations, and mission-critical support. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Transformation Leadership:

Lead large-scale ERP modernization programs, specifically migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, managing the full lifecycle from initial design through post-go-live support.

Cutover & Go-Live Strategy:

Orchestrate complex SAP cutover activities, including master and transactional data loads. Develop and validate rollback, fallback, and contingency plans.

System Readiness & Close Cycles:

Ensure application support readiness for enterprise go-lives, hypercare phases, and critical financial milestones (month-end and quarter-end close). L2/L3

Support Oversight:

Oversee

L2/L3 ERP

application support in a large, mission-critical environment. Drive incident, problem, and change management with a strict focus on root-cause elimination.

Business Alignment:

Translate complex corporate finance, budgeting, and statutory reporting requirements into scalable, effective SAP solutions. What You Bring (Qualifications):

Experience:

14+ years of hands-on experience in the SAP ERP platform, with deep expertise in both SAP ECC 6.0 and

SAP S/4HANA.

Core Module Expertise:

Proven functional configuration and implementation experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting.

Project Delivery:

Demonstrated track record of leading

SAP FICO

implementations, global rollouts, and complex technical upgrades.

Migration Experience:

Hands-on experience leading

SAP S/4HANA

migrations is strongly preferred.

Process Knowledge:

Strong functional understanding of corporate finance operations, financial reporting, and ITIL support frameworks. At
