Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Korean Bilingual Senior
SAP FI/CO
Production Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to ensure seamless financial operations and support system stability. Your bilingual proficiency in Korean and English will facilitate effective communication across diverse teams and global stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide expert-level support for
SAP FI/CO
modules, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system anomalies promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture and solution architecture standards. Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and patches within the SAP environment while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices. Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure system stability, including load balancing, system hardening, and security measures such as firewall management, VPN setup, and cloud security protocols. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues using debugging techniques and vulnerability assessments; implement preventative measures through system hardening and vulnerability management strategies. Support integration efforts involving APIs, RESTful web services, SOAP protocols, and other web services to connect SAP with external systems like Salesforce or Pegasystems. Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing tools such as Jenkins or Git for efficient development cycles. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, incident reports, and resolution procedures; communicate effectively in Korean and English for global stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is essential for effective communication across diverse teams. Proven experience supporting
SAP FI/CO
modules in a production environment with a strong understanding of financial processes and system design principles. Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization technologies like VMware or ESXi, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing. Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++ for scripting and debugging purposes. Experience working within Agile methodologies; familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Strong understanding of security best practices including threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, system hardening techniques, and information security protocols. Knowledge of enterprise systems like Salesforce or Pegasystems is a plus; experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly; exceptional communication skills in both Korean and English are required.
