San Jose, CA Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Callidus Cloud (Commissions/SPM), Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in incentive compensation management, sales performance management, commission calculations, system configuration, and data integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain SAP Callidus Commissions rules, compensation plans, formulas, workflows, and security models. Manage end-to-end commission calculation and payment processes for sales organizations. Develop and support Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, and SQL queries for commission processing and reporting. Design and maintain data integrations between SAP Callidus and external systems using ETL tools, APIs, and database technologies. Develop Unix Shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational support. Manage Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM), including user hierarchies, role-based access, and data synchronization. Create and maintain Crystal Reports and dashboards to support business reporting needs. Perform system enhancements, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support activities. Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement compensation plan changes. - anchal.singh@tekgence.com
