This role works closely with cross-functional teams to develop reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and platforms. Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational and business reports. Analyze business data and trends to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting platforms. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across systems and reports. Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, and leadership teams to gather reporting requirements. Monitor KPIs and provide insights and recommendations based on reporting analysis. Maintain databases, reporting templates, and documentation for standardized reporting processes. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking initiatives. Identify process improvement opportunities related to reporting automation and data management. Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and work with appropriate departments to resolve issues. Support audits and compliance reporting requirements as needed. Prepare presentations and summaries for management review meetings. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in reporting, business administration, data analysis, or a related role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting tools preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience working in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or warehouse environments. Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or TMS systems. Understanding of KPI development and operational reporting metrics. Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation. Design, develop, and manage balanced scorecard needs for enterprise and recommend improvements to reporting processes. Validate business data for purposes of establishing guidelines, variance and discrepancy analysis to determine opportunities for improved operational efficiencies. Participate in or lead process improvement projects utilizing database or applications to streamline manual processes and improve productivity in both internal team and corporate departments. Provide trending reports for the assessment of metric reports including customer program and service provider performance data. Other duties as assigned. Your Key Qualifications 4 year degree (preferably in Business Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration). Experience with reporting and metric creation. Expert level proficiency in advanced functions of Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Excel (macros/pivots/dashboards/formulas), Microsoft Access, MS Business Intelligence (PowerPivot/PowerQuery). Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal, and/or Excelcius Report a plus. Ability to perform needs assessment; problem solving and root cause analysis.
