Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDM Lead Consultant to support Finance Transformation and ERP modernization initiatives for a leading enterprise client. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and executing the organization's Master Data Management (MDM) strategy in preparation for an upcoming

SAP S/4HANA

deployment and broader enterprise planning roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and establish Master Data Management (MDM) governance, ownership models, and operating frameworks. Design, implement, and optimize master data processes across key domains, including: Cost Centers General Ledger (GL) Accounts Products/Materials Customers Vendors Legal Entities Evaluate, recommend, and support MDM platforms such as SAP MDG, Reltio, or similar solutions. Drive data quality initiatives, stewardship programs, workflow design, and governance processes. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to develop scalable master data standards and policies. Support the integration and synchronization of master data across

SAP S/4HANA, SAP

Analytics Cloud (SAC), planning applications, and reporting platforms. Lead master data strategy discussions and provide best-practice recommendations aligned with enterprise transformation goals.

Required Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM). Strong experience within the SAP ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP MDG. Hands-on experience with MDM solutions such as SAP MDG, Reltio, or equivalent platforms. Proven experience leading MDM strategy, governance, and data stewardship initiatives. Strong understanding of Finance and ERP transformation programs. Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks and business processes. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting large-scale

SAP S/4HANA

implementations or ERP transformation programs. Strong understanding of Finance master data domains and reporting structures. Experience integrating master data across enterprise applications and analytics platforms.
