Job Description

Company Description The On Premise Sales Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting Red Bull North America (RBNA) by conducting in-depth analysis and providing strategic recommendations. This position supports the 5 Regions, with a particular focus on delivering analytical support and managing key projects for the Santa Monica (SaMo) On Premise Team. As the primary contact for the Regions, the On Premise Sales Analyst handles all day-to-day analytics, tracking and reporting requirements for Field Support. Job Description
REGIONAL DATA ANALYSIS
Serve as the primary point of contact for field teams, providing real-time support and troubleshooting to address any issues that arise during operations Proactively analyze monthly data for the Regions, determine causes for increases and decreases in execution, distribution, and volume. Provide/present actionable recommendations to stakeholders to drive business growth that is rooted in analysis. Partner with key On Premise stakeholders at SAMO & Region level to understand key business drivers and analytical needs. Deliver ad hoc analysis as requested by Regional leadership. Assist with the monthly reporting in collaboration with Trade Finance. Assist/lead necessary inputs into CPM for the HQ and OnP field teams.
TRACKING & REPORTING
Establish best practice reporting for the Regions that are in addition to the monthly reporting suite. Build monthly state of the business presentations for each Region in order to keep leaders fully knowledgeable on business status versus annual plan. Create templates and executive summaries to track core Red Bull initiatives. Maintain reporting standards established by SaMo On Premise Analytics team, while consistently providing input to apply learnings and enhance tracking & reporting capabilities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead and support key projects as determined by the analytics manager that support business need. Proactively identify projects that will support all of the Regions and regions and execute accordingly Assist in annual POS planning as well as in the monthly ordering process for the Regions. This will include supporting the Business Units in building the initial plan as well as adjustments as the year progresses Qualifications 1-2 years of analytical experience Experience in Business/Management Consulting and/or CPG products is a plus. Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business forward with data insights Track record of robust analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data sets Proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results and provide actionable recommendations tied to business strategy. Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI. Experience using data manipulation and wrangling tools to prepare messy, untidy or unstructured data from multiple sources. Familiarity with data analysis using SQL is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex data in comprehensive ways to drive internal alignment with sales leaders, and externally with retailers. Ability to explain technical information in a simple way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding. Enjoys working in a fast paced, quickly evolving role. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor's Degree required English; additional language skills a plus Additional Information The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - 108,000 + cash incentives.
