Pay Finance Transformation Initiatives Detailed Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Business Process Analyst. Candidate should have strong functional and process knowledge in Quote/Order to Cash, Tax, Procure to Pay and Record to Report process areas. Strong proficiency in Revenue Accounting and Oracle modules like Service Contracts, Receivables, General Ledger and Payables. The position primarily will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and applying Oracle functional proficiency across different stages of the project including requirement gathering, design, development, user acceptance testing, application support etc. Role involves communication with Business and Third-party system owners. For assigned projects, drives the process of documenting current as-is and to-be business processes and gathering requirements and uses cases from Business and other subject matter experts ( SMEs ); owns the overall drafting of the business requirements document ( BRD , PRD ). Identifying and analyzing areas of improvements in the finance processes and systems and recommending and supporting implementation of business solutions. Works on Enterprise initiatives, enhancements, attend meetings, work with cross-functional partners, and provide status reporting.
Required Qualifications:
1. 8+ years of progressive experience as Sr. Business Analyst or Transformation Lead focused on Finance areas (QTC, PTP, RTR) in Oracle E-Business Suite 2. Experience in finance business transformation (including policy, process and systems) focused from a finance perspective 3. Sound functional knowledge of Order to Cash, Accounting, Tax and Subscription process areas 4. Expertise in Oracle Service Contracts, Receivables, General Ledger, Collections, Payables modules 5. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills, Familiarity with business practices and cultures across multiple international regions. 6. Ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams 7. SQL Query knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
1. ASC606 Revenue Recognition experience with Zuora Revenue 2. Pricing and Quoting experience for SaaS organizations 3. Experience in Global Tax Rollouts and Vertex Integrations 4. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment 5. Ability to identify and address client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner 6. Program Management and Change Management experience
