Job Description

Summary of Position:
Parts Analyst will report to the Central Inventory Manager and is responsible for managing the master data of all items used within the organization's ERP system. This includes creating, updating, and maintaining item records, as well as ensuring accuracy and consistency of data across different organizations and business units.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The following are preferred qualifications: Strong with Excel and ERP systems Five years of inventory, purchasing, or administrative experience, preferably in Oilfield Services (Automotive / Mechanical also a plus) Attention to detail and analytical skills Effective teamwork and communication skills Indicators & Attributes for

Primary Responsibilities:
Creates, updates, and maintains item records within the ERP system. Ensures data accuracy and consistency across different organizations and business units. Monitors and resolves data discrepancies and errors. Identifies and escalates any trends and patterns with data integrity or item requests. Coordinates with key stakeholders, such as purchasing, warehouse, and maintenance teams, to ensure item data meets business needs. Develops and maintains item naming conventions and standards. Supports ad hoc efforts to mass create or change master data in support of new product launches, business process changes, or other project work. Balances the incoming queue of new requests with unplanned needs to support projects and launch deadlines. Assists with reporting and analysis of item data as needed.

Working Conditions/Environment:
Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanner, and smartphones. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Salary:
$50,000/Yr -$80,000/Yr Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
