Analyze and create concepts of various financial and controlling requirements Support (Incident resolution / document / train / consult) in FICO. Support of Vertex tax system Support of EasyInvoice AP application Support of SnapPay credit card application Take ownership to fulfill promised service levels as defined/agreed in service level KPIs. Interact with key business users, First Line Support Analysts. Team with stakeholders and key users in the regions to provide SAP expertise.
