Consultant with 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will lead design, configuration, and implementation efforts while partnering with business stakeholders to drive financial process optimization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and support of

SAP FICO

(FI & CO) modules Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions Configure and customize core FI components (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) Configure CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing Lead integration efforts with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP Drive financial closing processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards Provide leadership in solution design, testing, and deployment phases Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior consultants Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions Required Qualifications 12+ years of

experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations Strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred Deep understanding of integration points across SAP modules Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications

SAP S/4HANA

Finance certification Experience with SAP Fiori and reporting tools Exposure to SAP Central Finance or Group Reporting Prior experience in large enterprise environments Key Skills
