Job Description:
Experienced Oracle MICROS Simphony Inventory Lead with expertise in designing, configuring, and rolling out inventory solutions for multi-unit restaurant environments. Skilled in leading global solution design sessions focused on ingredient-level inventory, recipe costing, prep workflows, waste management, yields, and COGS visibility. Strong experience managing Simphony Inventory workstreams including backlog planning, story refinement, and translating culinary and operational requirements into functional configurations and user stories. Proven ability to oversee integrations between Oracle MICROS Simphony, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, and analytics platforms to streamline restaurant back-of-house operations and reporting.
