Job Description:
Our client is looking for a
FICO SAP
S4Hana Consultant to join their team!
Duties/Responsibilities :
Serve as a lead functional consultant for the
SAP S/4HANA
finance transformation initiative Support the migration/conversion from legacy ERP/SAP environments into
SAP S/4HANA
Partner with finance and accounting leadership to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions Lead design discussions and recommend best practices across
SAP FICO
functionalities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing operations, supply chain, and IT Support data migration, testing strategy, UAT, issue resolution, and go-live activities Identify process improvement opportunities and help standardize financial processes across the organization Provide post-go-live stabilization and user support as needed
Education and Experience:
7+ years of
SAP FICO
functional consulting experience Prior hands-on experience supporting at least one
SAP S/4HANA
implementation or conversion project Strong expertise in
SAP FI/CO
modules with exposure to treasury and credit management functions Experience working in manufacturing or complex operational environments preferred Proven ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with both finance and technical teams Experience with system integration, testing, and financial process design Strong understanding of accounting and finance operations Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred
