Full Job Description Real Estate Business Intelligence Analyst:
In this technical, data-centric role, the applicant is responsible for driving pricing strategy and sales performance for residential and hospitality developments in South Florida. The position focuses on the end-to-end management of complex data lifecycles, from designing and normalizing relational database schemes to applying advanced statistical techniques such as regression analysis and forecasting to project sell-out timelines and revenue trends. By integrating competitive market intelligence with CRM-linked sales data, the applicant will develop structured analytical models and Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights and repeatable reporting to support high-level development and inventory decision-making. The market analyst reports to this position, and this position reports to the VP of finance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, business analytics, marketing, or any closely related discipline plus 24 months of experience in market research, data analysis, real estate operations management, business intelligence, market analysis, pricing analysis, or real estate analytics. Knowledge of the following computer programs or computer coding languages: Python, R, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and any Sales CRM is also required. Job requires 40 hours per week.
