Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle UPK Analyst / Sr. Functional Analyst to support a major Oracle EBS enhancement project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK), Oracle E-Business Suite processes, and training content development. 🔹
Key Responsibilities:
Develop training content using Oracle UPK for System Integration Testing (SIT), Key User, and End User training. Create end-to-end Oracle process scenarios and documentation with minimal SME guidance. Interpret Oracle process scripts and convert them into effective training materials. Manage process issues and defects through resolution while meeting project timelines. Update Oracle EBS minor configurations as needed for testing activities. Document configuration changes and maintain project documentation. Collaborate closely with Functional Leads and Training Leads throughout the project lifecycle. 🔹

Preferred Experience:
Experience developing training materials for Oracle ERP implementations or enhancements. Strong understanding of Oracle business processes and end-to-end transaction flows. Ability to work independently with limited supervision in complex environments.
