Job Description

Wiil Sponsor H1B Visas, Please NO 3rd Party, will pay relocation $5-10K Key Responsibilities Configure, administer, and support SAP Payroll (PY) for U.S. and Canada Own end-to-end payroll processing including pre-payroll validation, payroll runs, post payroll activities, off-cycle payrolls, Garnishment, 3rd party remittance, payroll posting, tax and the interfaces related to that Configure and maintain models, wage types, schemas, PCRs, rules and paycheck forms Support year end processing including W?2s, W?2c, and tax reconciliation Integrate and support third party vendors (e.g., ADP, BSI) Benefits & Integrations Configure and support SAP Benefits (BN) including new plans, eligibility, enrollment, deductions, retroactivity Manage benefit related payroll deductions and employer contributions Support and troubleshoot benefits vendor integrations (inbound/outbound interfaces, files, IDocs, APIs) Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Technical Configuration & Reporting Configure and debug schemas, PCRs, wage types, infotypes, and posting rules Perform root cause analysis for payroll and benefits defects and deliver permanent fixes Support payroll reporting & interfaces (HR, accounting, tax authorities) Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles Compliance & Controls Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Support audits, reconciliations, and governance documentation Implement changes driven by legislative or regulatory updates Required Qualifications - Technical Experience 5+ years hands on SAP Payroll experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA) Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll preferred Strong configuration experience with schemas, PCRs, and wage types Experience supporting U.S. and Canadian payroll Experience with U.S. payroll tax configuration and compliance Proven experience supporting live payroll operations, not just implementations Experience with U.S. payroll and taxation (international a plus) Tools & Systems
