Job Description

Improving is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to help accelerate the growth of our Digital Transformation consulting business in the Atlanta market. This is not a product sales role. This is not SaaS, staffing, managed services, or transactional technology sales. We are looking for a consultative, relationship-driven enterprise seller who understands how to identify and develop transformational opportunities within complex organizations and partner with delivery leadership to drive meaningful business outcomes for clients.

AI & Data Solutions Cloud & Platform Modernization Custom Software Development Application Modernization Digital Product Engineering Enterprise Transformation Initiatives The ideal candidate is someone who has successfully sold complex consulting engagements, built trusted executive relationships, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment. What You ll Do Develop and grow strategic enterprise relationships across the Atlanta market Identify and cultivate opportunities related to digital transformation, AI, cloud, modernization, and software engineering initiatives Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business executives Lead complex consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through close Collaborate closely with executive leadership, practice leaders, architects, and delivery teams Drive both net-new business development and expansion within existing accounts Help shape and expand Improving s market presence in the region Position Improving as a trusted strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor What We re Looking For Proven success selling enterprise consulting or digital transformation services Experience selling custom software, cloud transformation, AI/data solutions, application modernization, or related consulting services Strong executive presence and relationship-building capabilities Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations Hunter mentality with a consultative approach Experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales engagements Strong understanding of delivery-driven consulting organizations Existing relationships within the Atlanta enterprise market strongly preferred Why Improving Improving is a modern digital services company focused on delivering technology consulting, software development, and strategic transformation solutions to enterprise clients across North America.
