Description:
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud and related HCM modules. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, configuration, and support activities while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant payroll solutions. Key Responsibilities Configure and support Oracle Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules. Design and implement end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for complex business requirements. Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, payslip templates, and VBS personalizations. Support Oracle Redwood UI enhancements and user experience improvements. Gather requirements, create functional specifications, and document system enhancements. Perform data analysis, validation, testing, and defect resolution across FIT, SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with legislative requirements. Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience supporting Oracle Payroll and Benefits solutions. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and OTL. Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, SQL/query writing, and data validation. Experience with Oracle Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) personalizations. Proven ability to lead workshops, functional reviews, and solution design sessions. Experience with SDLC methodologies and tools such as Jira. .
