Create Privacy and Data Governance Standards, Procedures, and Frameworks Design and implement privacy requirements into key processes and tools across the enterprise Develop, monitor, and report privacy metrics Must Haves Banking or financial services experience Five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following: Enforcing TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and
CAN-SPAM
requirements. Developing and delivering Privacy and Data Governance policies and standards. Desired Skills Ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following: Implementing Data Governance by Design Designing and executing Data Governance implementation roadmaps Experience creating AI prompts and leveraging AI to deliver data governance-related efficiencies About Matlen Silver Experience Matters.
