This role is crucial for supporting high-volume, perishable, and demand-driven food operations within the Dining division. The analyst will work closely with Dining Operations, Business Transformation, and other IT teams to ensure efficient production processes. Ideal Candidate Should Have SAP PP expertise Experience with BOM management Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively Excellent communication skills Role Overview The role involves configuring the SAP PP module to manage data related to production scheduling, material requirements, and capacity planning. Focus areas include recipe-based production, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, ingredient substitutions, and materials management. The analyst will ensure seamless integration between PP and MM for stock availability and batch tracking.
