Job Description
Senior Oracle Payroll Cloud Consultant Seeking a hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud expert with deep experience in Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and OTL. This role will lead solution design, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Payroll-related modules while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities Configure and support Oracle Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and OTL modules. Lead solution design and resolve complex business and regulatory requirements. Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, payslip templates, VBS Personalizations, and Redwood UI enhancements. Create functional specifications, perform data validation, and support testing (FIT, SIT, UAT, Regression). Partner with business teams to drive enhancements and system improvements. Required Qualifications 15+ years supporting Oracle Payroll and Benefits solutions. Strong Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and OTL expertise. Experience with Fast Formulas, BIP Reports, Redwood UI, and VBS Personalizations. Strong SQL, data validation, testing, and documentation skills.
