12 months a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} Position Overview The Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst (HCM) is a senior-level role responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Cloud tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher. The role partners closely with HR leadership to deliver actionable workforce insights and drive reporting best practices.#195 🎯 Key Responsibilities Lead development and maintenance of complex HCM reports and dashboards Build advanced data models and ad-hoc reporting solutions Analyze workforce data to identify trends and insights Translate analysis into executive-ready reports Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in reporting environments Conduct audits, validations, and quality checks Manage report scheduling, distribution, and access controls Maintain technical documentation and end-user guides Ensure compliance with data governance and audit standards 🧠 Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field Oracle Cloud certification (HCM/ERP/Reporting preferred) 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM reporting experience Strong expertise in OTBI and BI Publisher Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities Proven stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level 💼 Key Experience SME-level expertise in Oracle HCM reporting solutions Experience establishing reporting standards and frameworks Strong skills in enterprise-level dashboard/report development Experience in large Oracle Cloud implementations or transformations Data integration across Oracle modules and external systems Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
