Simplot Company is a diverse, privately held global food and agriculture company headquartered in Boise, Idaho. We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture. Summary We are currently looking for an innovative and driven Delivery Analyst to join the existing delivery and support the implementation of SAP globally. This role applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems / projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. Key Responsibilities + Performs elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for projects of moderate / high complexity. Documents as-is and to-be processes. + Leads RFx processes. Creates use cases and corresponding UAT test cases; may facilitate UAT test execution. Manages requirements throughout the project lifecycle. May Project Manage small / medium sized projects. + Demonstrates technical and non-technical expertise and exerts influence within the immediate team. + Participates in cross-functional teams. + Develops solutions to up to moderately complex problems. + Represents team to partners. + Consults with team members and other organizations, customer, and vendors on complex issues. + Ensure information security policies and standards are understood and assists the business in assessing risks and applying standards and policies + Onsite or virtual go live support for SAP implementations. Typical Education Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university Relevant Experience + 3+ years related experience and/or training + Source to Pay experience preferred + SAP S/4 Hana Experience preferred + Agricultural Contract Management ( ACM ) a plus Other Information General Project Management, Customer/ Vendor To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
