Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on SAP compliance and security, analyzing client requirements, implementing security measures, and providing guidance to maintain compliance with industry regulations. This role is pivotal in helping clients mitigate risks and protect sensitive data. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. In this role, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and provide consulting services that confirm compliance and enhance security within SAP applications. Your contributions will enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Analyzing client requirements to implement security measures within SAP applications Providing consulting services to confirm compliance and enhance security in SAP environments Offering guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting Implementing software solutions and providing training for seamless integration of business applications Supporting clients in achieving strategic objectives by mitigating risks and protecting sensitive data Developing policies and guidelines for compliance and governance frameworks Conducting compliance audits and reviews to maintain adherence to industry regulations Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to enhance security measures Engaging in operational risk management to improve organizational performance Building meaningful client connections and managing complex situations effectively Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements What Sets You Apart Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) expertise Implementing

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
