Schedule:
On-site , Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm or 7am-4pm
Pay Range:
$32.28 per hour Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Specification Analyst to support product data management, specification processes, and cross-functional initiatives. This role focuses on SAP-driven data analysis, BOM maintenance, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and projects. Key Responsibilities Maintain and validate product specifications, including BOMs and part data Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities and data integrity efforts Execute project tasks, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards Compile and analyze data to support business decisions Collaborate across teams to drive process consistency and standardization Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing projects and initiatives Qualifications Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred Experience with SAP and data-driven environments Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience with PDMlink, BOM management, or ECM processes Exposure to Power BI or PowerApps Adaptable, continuous learner with a process improvement mindset
