As an Oracle Fusion Solution Lead Consultant you will:

Oracle Solution Lead for solutioning and implementing Oracle Fusion across multiple clientsLead functional workshops for processes across multiple modules and business functionsAnalyze current-state processes and design future-state flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud best practicesLead and Configure Oracle Fusion modules where applicableDevelop and validate Business Process Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Functional Design Specifications, and end-to-end process documentationValidate integration touchpoints with functional modules and Oracle EPM platformsCollaborate with Integration teams to define and test interfacesLead the execution test scenarios for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and period-close simulationsProvide support for cutover execution, period-close readiness, deployment, and post-go-live hypercareCollaborate with reporting teams to validate

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion development and deployment
• 5+ years in Oracle Fusion migration and modernization
• 5+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience
• Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking
• Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teamsPreferred Skills and Experience
• Oracle SaaS Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP
• Application modernization understanding
• Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes
