Months Job Description:
Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive technology analysis and solutions for complex system enhancements. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, collaborate across development, QA, and PM teams, and ensure alignment with workflows and regulatory standards. You'll design and document requirements, create user stories, and support testing and deployment across the full SDLC, with a focus on financial processes and system integrations. 5
Key Technical Skills:
Advanced business analysis: BRDs/FRDs, user stories, traceability matrices, and workflow design (Visio/BPMN) Full SDLC experience in Agile and Waterfall environments; project planning, testing support, and implementation Data analysis and reporting: SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI; data validation and UAT support System integration concepts: APIs (REST/SOAP), data flow validation, and enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ERP) QA/testing and governance: test case development, defect tracking, QA approaches, and production support
