In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives ⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. ⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication ⦁ Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. ⦁ Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skill and Experience ⦁ Must have experience with Oracle enterprise data management cloud service (EDMCS), financials consolidation and close (FCCS), planning and budgeting (EPBCS), free form planning (FF), smart view reports. ⦁ Knowledge of integrating with peripheral applications ⦁ Must be able to evaluate and mediate the impacts and interdependencies of various solution aspects and applications including data migration ⦁ Must be able to articulate the solution option to the data team. ⦁ Must be able to participate in the data mapping session to help build the data conversion suited to solution. ⦁ Must be able to provide clarification to Watlow on designs, developments & templates. ⦁ Must be able to review complex functions prior to submission of deliverables ⦁ Must be able to review cut over strategies. ⦁ Coordinate with track leads to do the impact analysis of Oracle patch releases every quarter. ⦁ Must be able to perform checks for impact of solution across all tracks Preferred Skill and Experience ⦁ Should be able to work in onshore-offshore delivery model. ⦁ Exposure / experience on Oracle Cloud and related systems will be preferred. ⦁ Experience in managing team size of 10-12 would be a plus. ⦁ Cloud Certifications on
ERP & SCM
modules a plus. ⦁ Should be able to review complex functions prior to submission of deliverables. ⦁ Should be able to review impact of Oracle patch release every quarter ⦁ Participation in Cutover Activities and post Go-Live support is preferred. Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
