Job Description

Position Summary:
Manage the infrastructure and data integrity of Packaging's ERP, including site settings, customer accounts, rates, item masters, and rules. The position requires coordination with Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, Technical, and accounting departments to determine the needs and configuring of the system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Creating and maintaining all ERP system data. Responsible for maintaining the overall system health and data integrity of the ERP. Troubleshoot and analyze ERP problems reported by users, internal and external, and implement changes needed within the application to resolve. Monitor, report, and help resolve integrations and other ERP related errors. Identify recurring ERP issues and recommend changes that could eliminate the ongoing problem. Test and document new functionality within the ERP including custom work, reporting, integrations, and version upgrades. Report any problems and follow through until they are resolved. Responsible for data and collaborating with Business Analytics for accurate and usable data. This will include working with Executives, Managers, Customer Service, and Customers. Establishing and Maintaining customer portal access Document support tasks using help desk software. Identify recurring problems and implement changes to reduce support situations. After hours or on-call availability as needed Identifies continuous improvement opportunities utilizing ERP technology and processes. Respond to other assignments as needed within the office and overall Division.
Job Specifications:
Experience working with manufacturing/logistics software required. Intermediate to advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and ERP software applications. Prior experience in ERP and administrative support, manufacturing and logistics preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks in a fast pace administrative environment. Able to work and communicate with employees at all levels of operations.
