Senior Oracle Functional Consultant

/ Pricing / Inventory / Service Logistics We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Functional Consultant with a minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert and client-facing lead for Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Inventory Management, and Service Logistics workstreams across both Fusion and E-Business Suite platforms. This onsite role demands a strategic thinker who can engage C-suite stakeholders, lead large cross-functional teams, drive architecture decisions, and deliver complex, mission-critical implementations with confidence. The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Architecture & Strategy Lead solution design workshops for Oracle Fusion SCM (OFSC, OM, Inventory, Pricing, Service Logistics) and EBS counterpart modules, ensuring alignment with client's business strategy and IT roadmap. Define and govern the functional architecture across integrated workstreams spanning Oracle Fusion Cloud and legacy EBS environments. Drive fit-gap analysis, blueprint documentation, and solution architecture sign-off with client stakeholders. Provide expert advisory on Oracle Cloud SaaS capabilities, release updates, and EBS upgrade / co-existence strategies. Evaluate and recommend third-party integrations, middleware (OIC), and extension strategies. Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Field Service Cloud including Activity Management, Routing, Scheduling and Optimization (SRO), Capacity Management, and Crew Management. Design and configure OFSC Plugins, Core Application configuration, and Field Collaboration (Intelligent Advisor). Architect integration between OFSC and Oracle Fusion Service (CX Service), EBS Service (TeleService / Depot Repair), and third-party ITSM platforms. Define SLAs, skills, work zones, inventory pools, and resource calendars aligned to business operations. Lead UAT, training, and cutover activities for OFSC deployments across multiple geographies. Order Management & Service Logistics (Oracle Fusion) Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Order Management including order orchestration, fulfillment, back-to-back orders, drop ship, and customer-specific pricing.
Design end-to-end service logistics flows:
service parts planning, depot repair, RMA, and spare parts fulfillment integrated with OFSC. Lead configuration of Fusion Pricing (price lists, pricing algorithms, pricing rules, pricing segments, discount management). Define
ATP / CTP
rules, sourcing rules, and fulfillment constraints in alignment with supply chain strategy. Oracle EBS
  • Service, OM, Pricing & Inventory Serve as SME for Oracle EBS Service modules: TeleService (CS), Field Service (CSF), Depot Repair (CSD), and Install Base (CSI).
Lead complex OM configurations in EBS R12: Order types, processing constraints, workflow customizations, pricing integration, and invoicing. Configure Advanced Pricing (QP) including price lists, modifiers, qualifiers, formulas, and pricing phases. Manage Inventory (INV) configurations: organizations, sub-inventories, locators, material status, and serial/lot control. Support and enhance existing EBS environments including patches, upgrades, and post-production support. Stakeholder Management & Delivery Leadership Serve as the primary functional point of contact for senior client stakeholders, steering committees, and executive sponsors. Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level consultants; conduct peer reviews and quality assurance of deliverables. Own project deliverables including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Functional Specifications (FS), Test Scripts (SIT/UAT), Training Materials, and Cutover Plans. Manage scope, risks, and issues proactively; escalate and resolve blockers in a timely manner. Collaborate with technical teams, integration leads, and data migration teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience Requirements Minimum 20 years of experience implementing Oracle ERP applications (EBS and/or Fusion Cloud), with a strong focus on SCM and Service workstreams. At least 5 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations (go-live) in the last 8 years. Minimum 8 full-lifecycle EBS implementations (R11i / R12 / R12.2) across OM, Pricing, Inventory, and Service modules. Direct experience leading OFSC implementations across multiple clients and industries (Utilities, Hi-Tech, Field Services, Telecommunications preferred). Proven track record managing engagements of $5M+ budget and teams of 10+ consultants. Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly update management and regression testing strategies. Prior experience in a Big 4 / Oracle Consulting / SI environment preferred. Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline required. Master's degree (MBA / MIS) is a strong differentiator. Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM workstreams strongly preferred.
