Role:
Senior Oracle Finance Business Analyst Location:
Burlington, MA (Hybrid 3 Days/Week)
Key Requirements:
Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance Proven track record across multiple Oracle Cloud implementations Excellent business analysis and stakeholder management skills Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leadership in business-friendly terms Experience gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, and driving solution design Strong understanding of Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management Self-starter with the ability to lead discussions and provide strategic recommendations Experience supporting finance transformation and process improvement initiatives Ability to collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
