Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on SAP Financial Analyst to join our client's team. This person owns core financial reports and data flows while partnering with Finance and IT to improve system performance and data quality. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and enhance financial reports and dashboards using SAP BW and BusinessObjects. Manage financial data integrity across reporting, planning, and consolidation platforms. Support budgeting, forecasting, and close cycles by loading, reconciling, and validating financial data. Maintain and optimize planning and consolidation models, rules, and integrations. Support integrations between SAP and workforce/HR planning systems. Identify automation and efficiency opportunities within financial systems and processes. Partner with Finance and IT on system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution. Provide user support and training for reporting and planning tools. Deliver ad hoc analysis and support special finance initiatives as needed. Qualifications Strong background working with SAP financial data and reporting solutions. Practical experience supporting enterprise planning, forecasting, or consolidation processes. Solid understanding of core finance workflows across accounting, procurement, and billing. Ability to troubleshoot data issues and explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience collaborating across Finance and Technology teams. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Advanced Excel skills and strong overall technical aptitude. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
