Jobs › Milford, MA › SAP Concur T&E Admin Robert Half SAP Concur T&E Admin Milford, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur T& E Admin to support travel and expense operations for a client team in Milford, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position focuses on administering Concur Travel and Concur Expense, improving system performance, and partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP/CRM consulting experience, hands-on configuration expertise, and the ability to document requirements and guide enhancements from planning through delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain SAP Concur Travel and Expense modules to support reliable day-to-day business operations.
- Gather input from business teams and convert operational needs into clear functional requirements and structured documentation.
- Configure system settings, policies, workflows, and user rules to align the platform with organizational objectives.
- Develop and support client-side scripting solutions to enhance usability, automate tasks, and address business-specific needs.
- Create implementation roadmaps for new features, process improvements, and phased system enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, resolve configuration gaps, and improve the overall user experience.
- Manage configuration changes through established control practices to maintain system stability and compliance.
- Provide guidance during updates, enhancements, or process changes related to the Concur environment and associated workflows. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting SAP Concur, with strong knowledge of both Concur Expense and Concur Travel.
- Hands-on experience with client-side scripting in support of enterprise application customization or administration.
- Proven background in configuration management within ERP, CRM, or related business systems.
- Ability to create business requirement documents and translate user needs into effective system solutions.
- Experience developing implementation roadmaps and coordinating system improvements across stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting-style environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with business users, technical teams, and leadership.
