Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Business Analyst to join our dynamic organization. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on enterprise resource planning systems to optimize operational efficiency and strategic growth. Your expertise will facilitate the analysis, design, and implementation of complex ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of system architecture, solution design, and a broad spectrum of IT disciplines to support our enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst supports manufacturing and supply chain IT projects by gathering requirements, improving processes, and ensuring successful system implementations. This role bridges business and technical teams, driving efficiency through ERP, MES, and reporting solutions.
Core Role:
Partner with business owners to identify process improvements, gather requirements, and support IT projects across manufacturing and supply chain systems.
Systems:
Work with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics/D365 F&O), MES, and PowerBI for reporting, demand planning, and production.
Responsibilities:
Document business rules, facilitate requirements sessions, test new functionality, lead UAT, provide tier‑2 support, and deliver analytical reports.
Collaboration:
Act as liaison between stakeholders, developers, and project teams, ensuring smooth delivery and adoption of systems.
MUST HAVE
7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst Hands-on industry experience within Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or Supply Chain sectors (highly preferred) Deep understanding of "Trade" or "Plan to Deliver" integrated business processes (including demand planning, manufacturing, and supply chain) Extensive Microsoft ERP experience, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), AX2012, or AX2009 Proven experience with Finance & Operations configuration, master data setup, and data structure management Demonstrated history of involvement in full-lifecycle ERP project implementations (rollouts to new locations) Strong SQL query experience Advanced data analysis skills using Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools Comprehensive experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test plans and tracking defects Proven ability to adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Shift Timing:
8 AM - 5 PM Weekly schedule: M-F CH1

$143,000.00 per year
