Quality Assurance Analyst Enterprise Document Management (EDM)

Adelphi, MD 20783 (Hybrid/Onsite as per client requirement)

Duration:

Long-Term Contract Job Description We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience testing Enterprise Document Management (EDM) solutions, particularly OnBase applications and integrations with enterprise SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation of end-to-end business workflows. This role requires close collaboration with business users, developers, business analysts, and platform teams to ensure quality delivery of enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and technical requirements and identify test scenarios. Create and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data. Perform Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing. Validate OnBase document management workflows and business processes. Test integrations between OnBase and enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and DocuSign. Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders. Validate document routing, workflow automation, and cross-platform data exchanges. Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira or Azure DevOps. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and accuracy testing across multiple systems. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and QA process improvement initiatives. Provide testing status updates, reports, and stakeholder communications. Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Required Skills 1 3 years of QA / Software Testing experience. Experience testing OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM/EDM) solutions. Experience with Functional Testing and Integration Testing.

Hands-on testing experience with:

OnBase PeopleSoft Salesforce DocuSign Experience coordinating and supporting UAT. Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred Higher Education / Education domain experience. Experience validating document workflows and enterprise integrations. Exposure to ECM, BPM, or workflow automation platforms.
