Business Intelligence Analyst I Location:

Full-Time, Remote Position Summary Johns Hopkins Health System is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to support data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will help transform data into meaningful insights that support clinical and operational decision-making while collaborating with stakeholders across the health system. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business and clinical operations. Assist with performance measurement, reporting, and information dissemination. Identify and resolve data and reporting issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence initiatives. Present data in a clear and user-friendly format for a variety of audiences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of data analysis and reporting experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with data, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and databases. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Why Join Us? Salary Range:
Minimum 27.51/hour - Maximum 48.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
