We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in Oracle Procure to Pay, specifically in PO, AP, and SLA configurations and experience of troubleshooting data issues in the Oracle e-Business suite applications using PLSQL, to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent customer-facing abilities and experience in creating comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Oracle Procure to Pay modules including PO, AP, and SLA. Troubleshoot and resolve data issues within Oracle e-Business suite applications using PLSQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and enhance system functionalities. Provide exceptional customer service and support to federal agency clients. Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders as needed.

Required skills:

6 years' experience and proficiency with Oracle Procure to Pay modules (PO, AP, SLA). Hands-on experience with troubleshooting data issues in Oracle e-Business suite applications using PLSQL. Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong documentation skills with experience in creating comprehensive system and process documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Prior experience in a similar role within a federal agency setting is a plus.
