Long-Term ContractJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience testing Enterprise Document Management (EDM) solutions, particularly OnBase applications and integrations with enterprise SaaS platforms.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation of end-to-end business workflows. This role requires close collaboration with business users, developers, business analysts, and platform teams to ensure quality delivery of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing.
- Validate OnBase document management workflows and business processes.
- Test integrations between OnBase and enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders.
- Validate document routing, workflow automation, and cross-platform data exchanges.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and accuracy testing across multiple systems.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and QA process improvement initiatives.
- Provide testing status updates, reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- 1 3 years of QA / Software Testing experience.
- Experience testing OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM/EDM) solutions.
- Experience with Functional Testing and Integration Testing.
- Hands-on testing experience with:
- OnBase
- PeopleSoft
- Salesforce
- DocuSign
- Experience coordinating and supporting UAT.
- Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Higher Education / Education domain experience.
- Experience validating document workflows and enterprise integrations.
- Exposure to ECM, BPM, or workflow automation platforms.
