Job Summary Play a pivotal role in powering the technology that drives the business as an ERP Tech Manager. In this role, you will lead the architecture, performance, and reliability of enterprise ERP systems, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and built for long-term success. You will guide cross-functional technical teams to deliver system enhancements, strengthen integrations, and resolve complex challenges, all while keeping system health and uptime at the forefront. By translating business needs into resilient, high-impact technology solutions, this role delivers the backbone that enables operational excellence and future growth. Duties Oversee the administration, configuration, and integration of ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC and
S/4 HANA
with Rise, Oracle). Lead the architecture, performance and reliability of the organization's ERP systems. Ensure system integrity, data security, and compliance with internal and external standards. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to ERP and Database platforms. Develop and enforce ERP and database governance policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to ERP support and database teams. Monitor system performance and user support metrics; implement improvements as needed. Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning for ERP and database systems. Stay current with ERP and database technology trends and recommend innovations. Implementation and management of ERP and Database system across the enterprise. Monthly SLA metrics collection and review. Investigation, communication, and resolution of SLA's compliance issues. Leadership of service-disruption events include root cause determination, customer(s) communication, and escalation to vendor and internal management teams. Development of the annual technology roadmap. Associate guidance, development, and supervision that includes structuring training and development plans to ensure growth and advancement. Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years in a leadership role. 8+ years of experience in ERP systems management Strong understanding of database administration (Hana, Oracle, SQL Server, Oracle, system architecture, and integration). Preferred experience with SAP Basis and S/4 Hana with Rise environments
Pay:
$101,000.00 - $151,000.00 per year
