You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst supports the North America Supply Chain Management organization by delivering analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity, and enabling data-driven decision making. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop and enhance analytics applications and dashboards in Power BI and Palantir Partner with SCM teams to automate data processes, design visualizations, and deliver reliable dashboard reporting Lead requirements gathering and rapid prototyping to translate business needs into scalable analytical tools Perform data harmonization and integration using SQL across enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) Support regional and global KPI reporting, including executive-ready insights and review materials
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data/Analytics, or a related field 5 years of experience with data engineering concepts, analytics application development or related experience (e.g., building pipelines, datasets, and BI solutions) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc.) and strong working knowledge of SQL Strong communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or formal specialization in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, AI, or a related discipline Firsthand experience with Power BI, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) Knowledge of supply chain domains (e.g., demand/supply planning, capacity, transportation logistics) and familiarity with automotive industry processes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; self-directed, goal-oriented, and effective at building strong cross-functional relationships Benefits Salaried Employee Benefits (US, Non-Represented) Health & Wellbeing Comprehensive coverages encompassing the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and overall Wellbeing of our employees, including short- and long-term disability.
