Build dashboards and data models that drive visibility into performance and support decision-making. Partner cross-functionally to improve customer experience and influence business outcomes. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations Analyze customer and business data to identify trends and opportunities Build and manage data models across multiple data sources Translate stakeholder needs into actionable analytics solutions Deliver KPI reporting and ensure data accuracy and consistency Collaborate across teams and provide support for reporting tools What You Will Need 5+ years of BI/analytics experience with Power BI and enterprise data Strong skills in SQL, Python, Excel (Power Query), and DAX Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and large datasets Ability to communicate insights and work cross-functionally Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar tools is a plus
