Summary:
As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst , your responsibilities include developing and maintaining BI reports and dashboards, as well as retrieving and analyzing data using SQL. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Essential Duties and Functions:
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop, design, test, and maintain BI reports and dashboards. Retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide tailored solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout BI architecture. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business strategies. Create and maintain documentation for data processes, report configurations, and analytical methodologies. Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to resolve any issues in dashboards, reports, or data. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence. Adhere to a set schedule. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience. Proficient with MS Office Suite Proficient with Microsoft
T-SQL, MS
Office Suite Exceptional telephone demeanor Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar position Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness. Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills At least 3 years experience developing and supporting BI reports and dashboards. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience developing and supporting Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent task/project management tools. Business analysis experience. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R. Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
