9 We are hiring a Technology Lead - Oracle EBS (Manufacturing & WMS).

Location:

Fridley, MN, USA (Strictly Onsite)

Duration:

6 Months We are looking for an experienced Oracle Apps Techno-Functional Lead with strong expertise in Manufacturing and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in production support, issue resolution, and onsite collaboration with plant operations teams.

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) & Inventory
• Shipping Execution
• Techno-Functional Expertise (Oracle Apps)

Production Support & Issue Resolution Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS modules (Manufacturing, WMS, Shipping)
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production and warehouse issues
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with cross-functional teams
• Monitor interface errors and transactional failures and resolve/escalate issues
• Work closely with plant operations teams on production floor, warehouse, and shipping docks
• Act as the primary IT contact for business users and stakeholders
• Support testing, upgrades, and patch deployments
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse and manufacturing processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS techno-functional roles
• Strong domain experience in Manufacturing and Warehouse Management
• Hands-on experience in production support and onsite coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
