Long Term Extendable Job Description:

Have Business process knowledge and Factory type configuration. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support. Soft skills Bachelor''s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field. Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience) Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills. Collaboration Should work collaboratively with Global team (offshore and Onsite) Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members. Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience on the below:

EWM with emphasis on MH and MFG PINC integration Back-office inventory support- Physical inventory, scrap, damage, salvage, discrepancy management

RF & DWA

(digital warehouse mgmt.) specifically for inbounds, out bounds, internal moves, inquires and trouble shooting. Familiar with CM/Change Impacts capture/tracking/mitigation Should have led the WM for large SAP ECC or S/4 implementations for Pharma companies Should have solid understanding of standard SAP WM and SCM processes Should have good understanding configuration around in WM and Integration Point with other modules MM, SD, PP and FI/CO Good knowledge and project experience in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain & Inventory process, workflow and approval process Experience as a technical expert across multiple project assignments specifically within SAP WM with configuration, cutover and interface experience Configure SAP / Build programs according to the design Should have hands on experience in configuration of MM modules in SAP, preparation of functional specifications for RICEFW objects, and guiding ABAP resources on requirements Should have experience in assisting with overall design of the business process in SAP Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP WM module Working experience with RF guns and configuring in backend Work closely with Business in understanding the requirements & lead business discussions Write Functional Specifications / Write and Execute Test Scripts if needed Provide training to End users as needed Should have experience building and executing test scripts in validated environment hands on experience with HP ALM preferred Must have experience in integrating EWM with automated systems like ASRS, AGV, LIFT, Scheduler, AMR, conveyors, pallet exchangers etc. Must have experience in integration of EWM with MES and S4 modules like Manufacturing and Quality Management. Must have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and Valuation. Must have good knowledge in following WM areas: WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units. Must have good knowledge in following EWM areas: Integration with ECC, Inbound Processing Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration, Kitting, Cold chain management etc. Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules SD, MM, PP and QM. Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document, functional specifications. Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment. Must have an experience working in an environment utilizing number of non ECC systems like

MES, WES

using interfaces such as

PI, ALE, REST

etc. Candidate must have SAP EWM hands on experience in rollouts and support projects. Candidate should have good understanding of EWM business scenarios, functionalities, and business processes. Candidate should be familiar with the integration of Inventory management, Quality and Production Planning. Experience in Warehouse integration with ERP system. Experience or knowledge about energy industry, handling projects in Agile methodology and experience in

would be an added advantage. Knowledge and hands-on skills of SAP EWM in Inbound, Outbound and Internal Warehouse processes. Knowledge and hands-on skills to handle warehouse master data, packaging specifications, warehouse organization structure and Handling Units Knowledge and hands-on skills in configuring Post Processing Framework, Storage and Layout Oriented Storage Controls, Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspection, Wave Management, Posting Changes and EGR Knowledge and experienced in setting Production Integration, RF and Mobile data. Knowledge and experienced in Warehouse Automation using MFS and Cross Docking. Knowledge and experience in Advanced EWM topics like Yard and Labor Management SAP EWM overall Delivery and evaluates solution options/recommendations Plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements Managing solution design and lead SAP EWM issues/incidents/enhancements Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops Prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization s financial guidelines Conduct business workshops for business requirement gathering, business requirement analysis and requirement mapping Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understands the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT business situation Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills. In-depth process knowledge on EWM processes. Hands-On experience & must demonstrate expertise in system configuration. Solid understanding of the integration with EMM and ECC is essential In-depth knowledge of PP, SD and MM integration.
