business processes end-to-end. Able to participate in project related activities when needed. MES Integrations - multiple MES systems awareness preferable. Analyze and fix batch management, process orders, production orders, BOM, routing, recipe, and work center issues. Coordinate with business users, key users, and technical teams. Support month-end and year-end production activities. Monitor interfaces and batch jobs related to production planning. Global Label Management Configuration / Support preferable. Transform and SAP s own solution SAP GLM Report Symbols configuration and related developments on custom labels Troubleshoot label printing issues. Support printer configuration and label templates. Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific labeling requirements. Coordinate with manufacturing sites globally for label deployment. AMS Operations Manage SLA and KPI compliance. Conduct ticket trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare weekly/monthly service reports. Participate in on-call and hypercare support when required.
