Position Summary This position is responsible for the development and support of IT applications or infrastructure that enable the businesses they serve to operate efficiently and within established service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Participate in the collection, understanding, documentation and analysis of application or infrastructure processes that impact the delivery of IT Services to the business Design, configure and implement SAP modules and solutions in the
SAP FI/CO
areas Design, execute, and tracking of system tests to ensure operational readiness before being deployed in a production environment. Support production systems by resolving issues as they are reported in person or through the help desk Identify potential gaps and opportunities in the existing solution and provide recommendations to resolve. Oversee the completions of project related tasks and assignments to meet project deadlines. What is expected of you and others at this level Intermediate SAP knowledge and experience Uses existing solutions to resolve complex issues Works independently; receives minimal guidance Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required. Master's preferred 2-5 years' relevant experience required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Preferred Qualifications Functional and/or support experience in SAP FI or CO Technical or business process experience in one or more of the following additional SAP process areas is strongly desired: General Ledger AP/AR Product Costing/Material Ledger Commodity Management Demonstrable track record in gathering business requirements for technical solutions. Excellent oral/written communications, business partnering, conflict resolution and consensus building are expected. Demonstratable track record in guiding complex business functions from requirements gathering, documenting, working with developers, and deployment/end user training.
